Eason Avant | Development Engineer

About Eason

Eason joined the IPOZ team as a student engineer in 2017. Since then, he has grown his knowledge of mechanical design, tools, techniques, and helped the company to develop competitive products through literature, training, and research that allowed him to provide valuable engineering input in the design, drafting, development and testing of products. His experience includes computer-aided design, rapid prototyping, product design, 3D printing, CNC machining, and Finite Element Analysis. Eason has worked with senior product developers, hardware, and software engineers to meet project objectives.

Eason is also a member of the University of Houston’s competitive high-powered rocketry team, Space City Rocketry, and he is currently nearing completion of his senior year of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
